Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia
I need to know what is the fastest method for me to get my US citizenship.....I have been in the US since 2 years old. I am now 40 years old. All of my schooling is here, worked since 15 years old, married 12 years to US citizen, 3 kids all born here - 24, 9 and 3 years old. Filed tax returns every year. I didnt really think about passport until now because I can afford to travel abroad. Can I get some direction? Some say section 319 A, some say through my mother's citizenship. Help?

The quickest way to obtain your citizenship is to hire an immigration attorney in your area and let them advise you/handle it.

If your mother because a U.S. Citizen before you turned 18 years old, you may have derivative citizenship. You simply may just apply for a passport .
