Fate of Illegal aliens

What is the latest law, rules and procedure for illegal aliens who is preently in the U.S. without documentation/proof of entry and recently marries american citizen? Is she entitled to relief without being denied his application?

Your question is extremely broad, but if an alien entered the country without inspection on or before 12-20-00 and was petitioned by a family member or company before 4-30-01 (and never departed the United States), then the alien qualifies for adjustment of status (assuming no arrestsm diseases, other immigration history, etc) under 245(i) and the marriage to the US citizen.
