Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia
Hi, A friend of mine has a tourist visa, they gave her 6 months to stay in the U.S., She stayed a little less than that. Now she needs to come again next year to finish some business. Can she get another 6 months when she comes or because she stayed almost 5 month before she won't get the same next time?
