I would like to know if my fiancee can get a green card if we marry,since i have one.He's on a F1 visa himself.If yes how long can it take and what are the procedures.thank you

Yes, he can get one but the time it takes to get it varies widely depending on what country he is from. you should also apply for US citizenship as soon as you are able to. once that is granted that will cut the wait.
