H1B Extension RFE is it because of Premium Porcesss?

I recently applied PP for my H1B 9th yr extension. What are the chances that I get the RFE considering the present scenes?

The RFE is issued if the Officer reviewing the case feels that they need more information. Several years ago the CIS issued a policy that saying that each time a case is reviewed it is a de novo (new) consideration. If the Officer feels, in his or her discretion, that sufficient facts exist to warrant a favorable determination, then he/she need "not" issue an RFE.
