Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia
H1B related question
I currently work for a company in the US on a H1B Visa. I am an Indian Citizen.
I also serve on the Board of Directors of an Indian Company. I attend 3 board meetings per year but do not play a role in the day to day operations of that company.
Do I have to disclose this information to INS or the company I work for in the US?
