H1B-cap
Hi: i would be interested in knowing when is the best time to apply for the H1-B prior to risking reaching the cap?

PS: I have been on OPT since May of this year and is valid for a year

Cap for this year was reached on May 26, 2006. If you would like to apply for next year, the earliest date to do so would be April 1, 2007. If approved, you could start working on October 1, 2007. Please contact [email protected] to schedule a consult.
