Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia

hey! Me and my parents have Employment Authorization Card and i am 18 yrs old. My sister will become US citizen around December 2015. she is 23. my question is, can she file green card(i-130) for me and my parents? if so, do I have to wait like 10-11 years or I will receive my green card after 6 months (because i am under 21?)? My sister will also put application for my parents. is there any possibility that me and my parents gets green card in 6-8 months?
