i am a citizen and my husband is an illegal how can i get him the resident alien card and how much and how long would it take for him to obtain his resident alien card he has been her for about 11 yrs

You can petition for your husband. It is likely that he will have to return to his country of origin before obtaining his green card. He will also most likely need to apply for a waiver. You can petition for him here though he might have to leave the country and apply to come back in later.
