Immigration - Expunged Domestic Viloence misdemenor

Hello -

I was charged and arrested for DV (misdemenor) and on plea agrement (6 months probabtion) and they expunge my record.

I intend to renew my GC, would that be a problem.

Even,if the record was expunged,it could still have consequences on your immigration status. You should have an attorney review the docket sheets from this criminal matter so that you can be better advised of the impact this could have on your legal permanent resident status.
