Immigration question
I am a US Citizen & my husband has got his 2years of Green Card after marriage in 2007. His green Card will be expiring on July 2009.
My Question:Can we file for his
I-751,Petition to remove Conditions on Residence application & his naturalization application to become a US Citizen can be done together at the same time or not.
If not then what's the procedure for each filings.
How much time it will take to get his Green Card back &
How much time it takes to become a US Citizen.
Could anyone please help me in replying me back at the given e-mail address.
I'm really looking forward fro an answer.
Please do let me know the time phrases for each filling or how much time each procedure will take.

The removal of the condition is filed 3 months before it expires.
The naturalization can be filed 2 years and 9 months after the green card was first approved, assuming you two remain married.
