Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia
I'm an L2 - husband is leaving...
Husband will be filing for divorce
shortly and moving back to Canada.
I am on an L2 with our 3 children
wanting to stay in US. I have an
Employment Authorization card. If
there is a way for me to stay I plan
on starting a Master in Education
degree so that I may be an
elementary teacher. PLEASE
ADVISE!

You'll need to get your own independent authorization to be in the US, like a student visa. We can assist you if you wish; one of our attorneys only does this type of immigration work.
