Legal mexican visitor giving birth in the us
If a legal mexican visitor with a B1/B2 visa gives birth in the US will the baby be automatically a US citizen? Though the woman does not want to remain in the US but rather go back to her country with her baby, after paying all the bills.

Anyone born in the US is a US citizen.
Mother should apply for SSN and US passport for baby as soon as possible, but moving out of US will not result in loss of US citizenship.
