There is hope in everything. What exactly is your question? Please give my office a call at 904-371-3538 or email me at [email protected].
More information is needed to adequately answer your question. Are you a U.S. Citizen? If you are, you may file a petition for a fiance. If you are on disability, you may need a co-sponsor to fulfill the financial sponsorship requirements of filing a petition for a relative. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact me at 415-273-9123 or [email protected].

BE AWARE! If you need a lawyer, contact one IN YOUR AREA. The first question is whether you are getting scammed by someone in Africa, or just used by someone to get to the US. The legal issues are secondary to this. Again, don't make it worse by trying to get lawyers in another area and certainly don't send them any money based on internet solicitations, when there are many lawyers in the areas of your ZIP and you can sit down in front of them. IN fact, don't send money to anyone until you do this. Even a one sentence post raises many red flags.
