You need to consult with an immigration attorney. For a free consultation, please contact my office at 904-371-3538 or email me at [email protected].
More information is needed. Are you a U.S. CItizen? If you do not qualify to act as a sponsor on Form I-865 for your spouse, you can get a co-sponsor. Please feel free to contact me at 415-273-9123 or [email protected] if you have additional questions.
You need to consult with an Immigration lawyer but see one IN YOUR LOCATION. There is no good reason at all to try to get a lawyer in another state. There are many, many good immigration lawyers in Georgia, especially in the Atlanta area. You can sit in front of them to discuss your situation, and handle any issues in court here or in the Immigration office in Atlanta. It is in your best interest to hire a lawyer in your area, and competent and qualified lawyers will know that. You can check websites and google (and reviews) for lawyers near you.
