Marry Mexican Boyfriend returned to Mexico after legally working in US

My boyfriend worked in USA for one

year with legal permission. He got

additional legal permission to work

longer in USA but when he returned

to Mexico City to get a Visa they

denied him a Visa and cancelled his

original B1-B2 Visa. We were

planning on eventually getting

married anyway. I am in Mexico

with him right now and due to fly

back to Atlanta soon. What should I

do? Marry him now in Mexico or

how do I get him to the states?

You can go ahead and marry him over there and then file for the K-3 spouse visa.

It's also important to have a lawyer take a look at your case to make sure he's not subject to any grounds of inadmissibility into the US.
