question on H1B stamping with two jobs
hi
i currently have two h1bs,one fulltime and other one being partime..
and am on my 4th year..
will be going for my h1b stamping with the next 3 months, to canada
do i need to produce the W2s and paystubs from both the H1Bs during the time of my H1B interview..
what if, if am laid off from one of the employer before going for my h1 stamping...will there be any issue
or the officer just cancels the h1b in which am laid off from..

Re: question on H1B stamping with two jobs
So long as you have at least one active H-1b employer, you will maintain your H-1b status. Assuming both jobs continue, you will want to bring evidence of both.
