Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia
Is being required to use english only not said violation of freedom of speech? Although I do not know how it matters where the letter goes. For the record it is to city government. Since you being restricted to english only. If not how.

Your post really does not make any sense as far as the context of you being asked to use English, but since this is the US, English is our official language, it should be assumed that English will be required for most purposes. No, it is not a violation of freedom of speech.
