Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia
How can I help my sister in law to visit or immigrate to the USA from the Philippines? My wife does not have her green card yet and we have to small kids. One is only 6 weeks old and her sister has volunteered to come and help out for a while. How can we expedite things to help this along. I was told that this would not be easy cause she has no permanent connections in the Philippines. Any suggestions or advice?
