Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia

I was used to sponsor my wife by her and her boyfriend who lives here in the states. Once she got here and I paid for everything she moved out and is living with him. What must I do now.

If you filed an I-130 & her case is still pending, you can submit a letter of withdrawal. You can also call USCIS to report the fraud, as long as you aren't implicated in her scheme. You should file for divorce, as well. Good luck.
