Re: subject
Conviction of an aggravated felony offense on or after November 29, 1990, is a permanent bar to naturalization. Please consult with criminal lawyer to determine classification of your multiple DUIs and whether there were aggravating factors [element of knwledge] involved in your convictions. If your DUIs were "aggravated felonies" you are subject to deportation and mandatory detention. For a consultation, please conatct [email protected]
