Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia
I came to U.S with out visa and was imprisoned for a month in 2004 and after a month I was granted removal of deportation in a court. I was married to a citizen for two years and filed I-130 and I-485 and the I-130 is approved but not the i-1485. The immigration officer told me she can't approve the I-485 and to go back to court but I am afraid to do so because I don't if a judge will approve my I-485 or reverse my grant for removal of deportation which may lead me to deportation. what should I do?

You need to consult with an immigration officer ASAP! For a free consultation, contact my office at 904-371-3538 (office), 904-576-2581 (emergency/after hours), or email me at [email protected].
Your questions are far beyond a message board. You need an immigration lawyer. Solicitations aside, see a lawyer IN YOUR AREA. Like all other lawyers, you need to be able to sit in front of them to discuss your case, and have your case handled in the Court in your location. Any decent size city likely has several local immigration lawyers. It is not something to be handled long distance.
