Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia

Withdrawing N400

My family (husband, daughter & son & me) applied for N400 on 3/07. But I for reasons withdrew my application within a month stating my dad's ill health and had to make visit to my country. The rest of my family proceeded to become citizens by 08/07. But yesterday I received I-797 from INS asking me to come for fingerpriting on 05/15 with the priority date stating to my original application in 03/07 for which I had sent a letter of withdrawl. I don't want to go through the process of citizenship. What should I do now?

Re: Withdrawing N400

Dear Inquirer:

You could ignore the notice and your application would be denied for lack of prosecution, or you could send another notification that you are withdrawing your application at this time, with a copy of the notice and receipt number included in your letter.
