Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia
Someone took $4,000 from my mother's life insurance policy. We were told that the policy was paid up. I was her beneficiary before she was declared incompetent. How could Someone have done this without me knowing? My older sister had guardianship and conservatorship for a while and now my younger sister has both. Could either of them have changed her beneficiary after she was declared incompetent? My mother is still alive.
