I was in an accident and was hit behind and was injured should i get a lawyer before i speak to the insurance agent about medical expense? She wants to go over their policy for paying medical expenses

There is nothing worse you can do to ruin a potential case than talk to the insurance company. Do not talk to them at all without getting a lawyer.
