Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia
I had a brand new patio put up at my home no older than 2 months. A contractor came and advised that a damaged field line was under the new patio. So he advised that I take it down so the field line can be repaired. Needless to say the patio was taken down and the field line wasnt there. What type of atty do I pursue to get my patio replaced and the expense of taking down the structure? I also have the contractor on video stating that the brand new structure had to be taken down. But now the contracto states other so his company insurance dont have to cover.

There is no way to tell you anything on here. We may assume that this was not just a random "contractor" who wandered by, but you did not tell us a thing about who he was, who hired him, why he was at your house, or anything else. We also don't know why you took the word of this "contractor" or who tore up the patio. It really does not make sense. However, you can see a lawyer in your area who handles civil, real estate or construction litigation.
