my daughter took my daughter's car, she had no license, no insurance, she failed to yield in a intersection and a car t-boned her. My sons were seriously injured. Can my sons sue the insurance company of the driver that hit them for bodily injury?

Re: car accident
The facts you presented show your daughter was likely at fault for the incident. Therefore, you cannot sue the other driver. However, you may still have recourse with your sons' insurance, the policy on the vehicle she was driving or your own policy. Only a review of all insurance policies can answer that question. I would be glad to discuss your options, but will need you to call my office.
