Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia
Disclosure
My daughter was injured in an establishment. The cause of her injury is clearly the establishment's fault. Are they required to disclose their insurance company information? THey are not being very cooperative. They want me to give them the doctor bills/receipts and then they will contact insurance company, but I don't trust them at this point. I'd rather deal with the insurance company directly.
