Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia
In a divorced family if one parent is responsible for providing health insurance and has a health savings plan through their employer and the employer and employee (parent) contribute to this plan can the parent legally ask the other parent to pay half of the deductible and subsequent bill in cash and pocket the money that will be reimbursed
