Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia
If I get divorced and the vehicle my wife gets is left in my name until it is paid off does that leave me liable should she have an accident. And if she would let someone else drive the vehicle and have an accident would I be liable? I live in Ga. and she is moving to another state.

Generally no, but this is something you and your lawyer need to address properly, as there are many pitfalls that could happen not just from what you say but with the loan itself. Be sure to have your lawyer draft a proper imdenification clause.
