Expiration time in reporting auto accident injuries to Insurance
What is the expiration time to file claim against the insurance company for injuries caused by an auto accident. The police officier at the scene told me I only had 72 hrs. to get medical attention.

The statute of limitations is two years from the date of the accident. You are well advised to seek treatment immediately after a collision. Failing to obtain immediate care does not terminate your case but if you wait too long it can create problems with the liability insurer.
