Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia
failed to file insurance claim
I have been to a chiropractor many times with health insurance, however, they have failed to submit five different claims, for which i had insurance, and is now going through collections for me to pay for their mistake. What recourse do i have?

Re: failed to file insurance claim
None. It's your bill and while many doctors do bill insurance as a courtesy, billing is actally your responsibility. If you did not let too long go by, you can submit the bills yourself.
