False claim made against me in a insurance claim. Can I file a lawsuit?

Sure - anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. They may not only lose, they might have to pay the other side's attorney's fees for a frivolous lawsuit. Since we don't have a crystal ball here and you chose to not tell us the actual facts, that is about all that can be answered.
