Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia
a friend of mine had 2 life insurance policies made out to two different people. one fefuses to use hers to bury my friend, Is that legal or can she do as she pleases and not help pay

If it were a Death/Burial policy, it would pay for funeral expenses. If it is a Life Insurance policy (as you indicated), then the Beneficiary can do as they please with the proceeds of the policy.
