Group Long Term Disability Insurance Claim

May 2002, under Doctor's orders I was ordered not to return to work for two weeks due to stress,& High blood pressure, the two weeks which included having me see a Mental Health Doctor (still under his care)have turned into 15 months, requiring me to apply for early retirement. I have appealed the Insurance Companies decision of denying me my disability for the 15 months. (they paid me $3500.00 from October thru December 2002) but will not allow benefits other than that. I have a letter that was sent 7/25/2003 that explains everything, which I can fax to you. In the hopes you can help me, I Thank you in advance.

There are a number of issues raised by your email, and it is not clear why the insurance company denied further benefits. These types of claims are reliant upon the policy language. I'll be happy to take a few minutes to look at the letter you referenced. Please call first at 404-888-9998.
