Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia
Hit by a county vehicle in Georgia
I was rear ended by a Fulton County Truck. They are exempt for insurance or self pay (I have heard both terms). This happened on January 22nd and I am still waiting on them to send their adjustor to look at my vehicle. My son and I both had mild whiplash and have had headaches since that time. My question is what would be the next course of action when they do not return calls or do what they promise?

You haven't done the first and most important step. You need an attorney in these cases and should not be talking with them directly at all.
