I have involuntary unemployment coverage for my mortgage, however I am unable to recieve any coverage. I hace called and faxed repeatedly as grquested. Still no help. Mortgage company has even tried helping to no avail. I have provided several copies of any requested doccuments. Please halp

Is this unemployment coverage for your mortgage through a third party? Perhaps you received a solicitation for such coverage in the mail. Unfortunately, such companies frequently engage in shenanigans.
