Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia
Is it legal for a intern to work under a licensed psychologist without supervision and bill all insurance companies including medicade and medicare under the licensed psychologist creditials, without the insurance companies knowledge or consent of the intern. The state is Georgia. Please direct me to any laws in questions.
