Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia
I live in GA. my daughter is covered under my insurance policy. I only have liablity insurance. She got into an accident and it was written up that fault could not be determined. Is it possible to collect from the driver of the other vehicles insurance company when fault was not determined.

Yes. The opinion of the officer investigating the crash is not dispositive particularly when he did not cite anyone.
