Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia
I've been making premium payments to Aflac for a "Critical Illness" policy for three years. I had a stroke in December and Aflac can't seem to remember who I am or have any idea who is spending the premiums. They have even offered to refund my premiums! I need to find an attorney to collect from this scam of an insurance company.

If they offered to refund premiums they obviously found you. Call the state insurance commissioner for help as it sounds like you simplyhave a customer service problem. While the product AFLAC sells is considered a very bad deal by many, it is legitimate.
