Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia
medical ins reinbursement
I was recently involed in a car accident, which involved medical attention. The hospital and other medical providers sent the bills to my medical insurance carrier. Which they shouldn't have done. Do I have to reinburse my medical insurance for the amount they paid on my bills. The accident was not my fault.
