Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia
Neighbor's Tree Branches Falling on my property
There are several old oak trees on my neighbor's property from which large branches are falling on my carport, storage shed, and car. Recently a 3 inch branch punctured the roof of my shed. Can I write the neighbors to request the removal of these trees? They pose a threat to people as well as property. I have taken digital pictures each time large branches have fallen on my property.

Re: Neighbor's Tree Branches Falling on my property
You may always write a letter expressing your concerns. If you do not receive a favorable response, I would suggest hiring local counsel to write a follow up letter with some threatening language.
If you would like to discuss any issues further, please feel free to contact my office. My contact information is below. Thank you.
