Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia
I'm a pro se plaintiff in a civil suit, I just filed a motion to add another Plaintiff and three other defendants, which the court granted. Now I must file a Amended Complaint. My questions is to add the second pro se Plaintiff, must the second pro se Plaintiff file an affidavit alone with the Amended Complaint signed by both me and the second pro se Plaintiff?

It is always a completely bad and dangerous idea to file pro se. To attempt to deal with a case with five parties without counsel is ridiculous. Let me stress that you need legal counsel. The fact that you don't even know the basics of what pleadings you need to file to do something as simple as adding a party is evidence you need counsel.
