i have a problem i woke up friday morning to find my vehicle gone and to find out it was in a wreck and totaled about midnight that thursday. it is totaled i have full coverage insurance but im hearing they think my husband my have been there? i have full coverage insurance this truck my sons name

If the truck is totaled and you have collision coverage the insurer is legally obligated to pay the fair market value of the truck less the amount of the deductible to the owner. If there is a loan on the truck, the lender has to be satisfied from the proceeds before the owner gets paid. Your son, if he is the owner, (you can help him, too) needs to contact your insurer and make a claim ASAP. That said, if the traffic incident is the fault of another driver running into the truck, that vehicle's liability insurer is responsible, with no deductible.
