Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia

I was in the process of of signing a permission slip for my son and I noticed this statement at the bottom. "Furthermore, by signing this document I am releasing New Life Academy of Excellence and Incredible Inflatable's from liability."

I would like to know, if I sign the permission slip it will mean I'm waving my legal rights even if an incident occurs because of their negligence?

Most schools and day cares sloppily write such language without a lawyer. Depending on the facts it may or may not be enforced. Your option is to not sign it and not give permission.
