I happen to park on the curb at my office attending a sales meeting and a co-worker backed into my car in the parking lot, however her insurance company trying to tell me that i am 15%at fault and that i am going to be 15% liable for the damages that was done to my car.I do not think that this is a reasonable offer/pproposal and i would like to know, how can i have my car repair a 100% by the insurance company and for them to pay for the rental .($1500.00)worths of
damages was done to my 2002 mitsubishi diamonte ls.

This is a hot topic right now.Recently a class action recovery was achieved against State Farm for failing to pay the depreciation value of cars damaged in wrecks.I think a similar issue is present here.Some of the worst insurers trump up an excuse not to pay 100% of damage all the time.
