Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia
Recently, I was pulled over due to driving too slow. The cop was going to give me a warning but now, he has to impound my car due to driving with an expired license plate. I was shock to find out that due the point my car insurance overlapped back January over 24 hour pd. I didn't know that once getting my insurance back that I had to pay a 25.00 fee to the state to make my license tag official. The cop gave me a citation to appear in court this coming up week. impount my car and drove me home in his car. Should I plea guilty or not guilty? What are the consequences of my decision if so...
