Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia
Who is required to pay for an automobile accident
I was in an accident wherein I was rear-ended and bumped into another automobile. The person who caused the accident didn't rear-end me. He was in another truck and he was carrying carpet padding and it wasn't secured. It flew off his truck and caused the stop. The insurance company for this man sent an adjuster(twice) once at my work and the other to the place that just finished fixing my automobile. They just denied liability. I need to know who is liable

Re: Who is required to pay for an automobile accident
You really need to consult an attorney to get your question properly answered. From the little you said, both the truck company and the driver that actually hit you could be liable. I will be glad to assist you. Just give me a call.
This answer, though responsive to the question, is general in nature. It is not designed to be and should not be relied on as your sole source of information when analyzing and resolving a specific legal issue. Each fact situation is different; the laws are constantly changing. If you have specific questions regarding a particular fact situation, I urge you to consult with competent legal counsel.
