Who knows? You provided no facts at all - not even whose yard the tree was in to begin with. Since you also posted this in the insurance category, refer to your policy or call your insurer.

You probably have a claim under your auto policy comprehensive coverage and will undoubtedly have a deductible to meet. That should pay to fix your car less the deductible amount.

In most cases a tree falling is considered an act of God and it is your responsibility to have purchased full coverage. If you did you just call your car insurer.
