Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia
No Show Double Citation Claim
I was driving North on Street A and the Other driver was traveling South on Street A, as entering the intersection passing through a green light the other driver made a left turn and hit me and drug my car into the traffic light pole. First she admitted liability (5 people where in my car) when the police arrived she said she had a green turn light, we both got tickets. She failed to show up in court twice, I contacted her insurance co. said they are denying my claim, my insurance co. does nothing because I already paid deductible(my car is fixed now), witness never answers phone and its been months. I would like deductible back plus rental car fees how do I get someone to take my claim seriously. Oh, and I broke down after talking to other insurance co. and called their adjuster back fussing. Help me!

Re: No Show Double Citation Claim
You have several options. File suit: you can do this in small claims court in the county where the other person [defendant] resides.
You can try and deal further with her insurance company, but that appears to be futile.
You can always subpoena the witness to court.
You can check in traffic court and see what happened to the other person's ticket. How was it finally disposed of?
